A client once shared these words with me, and they’ve stayed with me ever since. They capture the heart of healing: not being “fixed,” but feeling safe enough to pause, breathe, and simply be.
This is the vision behind Anchor Point Counseling Center. I created this space to provide a steady, grounded place where people don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. As a licensed therapist with 8 years of experience (since 2017), I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. My training includes EMDR, CBT, hypnotherapy, and IFS-informed approaches, all woven together to meet each person where they are.
In therapy, we work collaboratively to create a safe environment where clarity can return and healing unfolds naturally at your pace. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, reclaim your voice, and feel grounded in your own life.
